About Salah Table
Salah Table is a free website with prayer times, Ramadan timetables, the Hijri calendar, the Qibla direction and short guides, in twelve languages. It is run by the small independent team that also makes the Jamaah Lock app for iPhone. There are no ads, no cookies, no analytics and no sponsored content.
Prayer times are calculated in your browser with the open-source adhan library (MIT licence), using 20 published methods with their sun angles, the standard or Hanafi Asr, and rules for high latitudes. Hijri dates come from the Umm al-Qura calendar built into your browser. We never invent formulas.
Before publishing we compared our results with official timetables for 22 October 2026, and for 15 February 2027 (8 Ramadan) where a timetable was already published: Diyanet for Istanbul, JAKIM e-Solat for Kuala Lumpur (zone WLY01), the Kemenag schedule for Jakarta, Umm al-Qura times for Makkah, and the East London Mosque timetable for London. With the matching method, times agreed within one minute in Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Makkah. In London, start times agreed within two minutes except Isha, which the masjid sets about four minutes later.
Our guides explain well-known views with references to the Qur'an and the major hadith collections. They are general information, not fatwas, and they try to be fair to all schools. For your own situation, ask a scholar or imam you trust.
